Refunds

Should a refund be required for an incorrect transaction, please submit your request via email to info@jadewcss.com or in writing to the following address:

Refund requests should be made within 10 days of the incorrect transaction. All refunds will be processed within 48 hours of the request being made. If we find that JADE WCSS LTD has charged your card correctly then we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the transaction.
